Terms of service
2.1 Description of the service
The service consists of designing and planning a Personalised Travel Programme, based on the information and preferences provided by the Client. The programme is delivered in digital format (PDF) within 7 to 14 days of payment. It includes day-by-day guidance on stops, main transfers, activities and experiences, with suggestions on flights, accommodation and useful services (insurance, eSIM, travel apps and accessories).
The service is advisory: it does not include bookings, trip management or operational responsibilities.
2.2 Bookings and liability
All bookings of transport, accommodation, activities and tourist services are made by the Client, who assumes full responsibility for them.
The Ocean Nomads is not responsible for changes, cancellations, supplier service failures, delays, strikes, weather events, health emergencies or other causes of force majeure. Problems arising from services purchased directly by the Client remain the responsibility of the suppliers.
2.3 Quotes and fees
Travel proposals are indicative and become final only at the time of booking.
The fee covers research, planning and consulting work; it does not include travel costs or suppliers' services.
The fee is non-refundable once the service has started or the programme has been delivered.
2.4 Client obligations
Check the validity of documents, visas, vaccinations and entry requirements for the destination country.
Purchase flights through the airlines' official websites.
Take out adequate travel insurance.
2.5 Delivery and support
The programme is delivered within the agreed timeframe.
Support and communications take place at the times and in the manner agreed, and during the Professional's hours of availability.
The cost of the service also includes my professional consulting time dedicated to you: from handling the initial request and the exchange of e-mails, to the video call (15/30 min) and the support and clarifications by e-mail or WhatsApp. To ensure quality and efficiency, only one video call is included: after our meeting you can still send all your questions, in a single message, and you will receive detailed answers to all your doubts (including voice replies). Any further video calls are available on request as an additional service (only for those who purchase the service, +€70 for about 30 min).
2.6 Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
