You will receive a detailed PDF, organised day by day, with all the information you need to set off stress-free. It includes recommendations for flights, accommodation, transfers, local transport, activities and experiences, so you can book everything independently and securely using the links I will provide.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. Tell me where you would like to go and what you would like to do.

2. I will send you a free outline proposal.

3. If necessary, we will schedule a video call.

4. If you decide to proceed, I will send you an invoice for my services.

5. We will finalise the itinerary based on the flights.

6. After payment, I will create your tailor-made Travel Programme.

7. You will receive your complete travel PDF.

8. You can then make your own bookings using the links or contacts in the PDF.​

PLEASE NOTE:

I plan the ENTIRE trip, from A to Z, from choosing flights to finding accommodation, transport, activities and experiences, optimising the time available and places of interest with the utmost care and organisation that a tailor-made trip requires. In the PDF, you will find pre-trip information (insurance, SIM cards, money, visas, etc.), on-site information, and a page for each day with all the details (what to do, where to stay, how to get around).

IMPORTANT:

Please note that the itinerary creation service does not entail any responsibility for transport, accommodation or activity bookings made independently by participants, or for any unforeseen travel circumstances. However, I am available to offer support in the event of any difficulties. Taking out travel insurance covers any inconveniences. All my clients confirm my accuracy and availability.

For those who want a trip organised down to the last detail, with everything they need. The service includes:

1. Video call of approximately 15/30 minutes on WhatsApp (if requested) to discuss and create the ideal travel solution together;

2. Creation of a tailor-made itinerary based on your interests and travel style, as well as my experience and knowledge of the country;

3. Complete preparation of the trip in an easy-to-understand PDF format with all the details, which can be consulted at any time;

4. Sending of a detailed PDF with the entire itinerary, complete with useful information before departure and on site, advice on money and other matters, travel, activities and links to book accommodation, excursions, transport or directions;

5. You can request as many changes as you wish before I prepare the itinerary, no major changes after delivery;

6. You can contact me up to a couple of times before or during your trip to answer any questions or concerns. To ensure quick and effective responses, I kindly ask that you group all your questions into a single message after receiving the PDF.

7. Brief contact with me before departure, during the trip and afterwards to make sure everything is going well.

8. You are not just buying a PDF: the price also includes my time to assist you, answer your questions and provide personalised support from day one, as well as the value of a truly unique trip.

PREMIUM PACKAGE

Pay once, but it covers two trips!

For those who want more flexibility, security and constant support even during their trip.

1. One free modification even after delivery of the PDF;

2. Support whenever you need it via WhatsApp chat or email, before and during your trip (Mon–Fri, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., emergencies excluded);

3. Advantage on your next trip: Premium will be automatically included at no additional cost;

 

Thanks to my experience and the care with which I put together each itinerary, which I test myself first, you can enjoy a 10-15 day trip in unique, well-maintained accommodation, with activities, insurance and transport included, for a budget of €600-1200, excluding flights (depending on the destination and duration). A similar package from a travel agency would cost you as much as £4,000-8,000. My service is not an extra expense: it is a smart investment that saves you money without compromising on quality.
