I research, design and create your perfect itinerary. You will receive a detailed pdf itinerary created by me for you based on your requirements and needs, with all the info, to follow day by day. It includes recommendations for flights, accommodation, transfers, local transport, activities. You will proceed to book flights, accommodation and transport at the links I recommend.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. You tell me where you would like to go and what you would like to do.

2. I send you a proposal in broad strokes for free. 

3. If you decide to proceed, I send you an invoice for my service.

4. I proceed to create your Customized Travel Program.

5. As soon as I receive payment, I send you your travel PDF.

6. You read the program and if you have questions I rework it. 

7. Proceed with hotel, transportation reservations at the links you will find in the pdf.

PLEASE NOTE:

I plan the ENTIRE trip, from A to Z, from choosing flights, to finding accommodations, travel, activities and experiences by optimizing the time available and places of interest with the utmost care and organization that a tailor-made trip implies. You just click on book at the links. In the PDF you will have pre-trip info (insurance, visas, etc.), on-the-spot info, a page for each day with day-by-day details (what to do, where to sleep, how to get around).

IMPORTANT:
The itinerary creation service does not carry any responsibility for transportation, accommodation or activity reservations made independently by participants. However, I am available to offer support in case of any difficulties. Taking out travel insurance covers any inconveniences.
Thanks to my work you can do 10 or 14-day trips with a budget of 400/800€ (excluding flights) in 3 or 4-star accommodations, boutique hotels, special places + transportation and activities.

Included in the cost is 1 change to the already agreed upon itinerary and the ability to contact me a couple of times before or during the trip, but not limited to:

1. Video call on WhatsApp (if requested) to compare and create the ideal travel solution together;
2. Tailored itinerary creation, based on your interests and travel style, and my experience and knowledge of the country;
3. Complete trip preparation in pdf format;
4. Sending you a detailed pdf with the entire itinerary, complete with useful pre-departure and on-the-spot information, tips on money and other, travel, activities, and links to book accommodations, excursions or transportation, or directions;
5. 1 free change to the itinerary after receipt of the pdf;
6. Ability to contact me a couple of times maximum, before or during the trip, for any questions or concerns. I kindly ask you to collect all questions or requests in one message, to facilitate handling and ensure faster and more efficient responses;

Thanks to my experience and the care with which I build each itinerary, tested first and foremost by me, you can experience a trip that might cost as much as 4,000€ / 8,000€ in an agency, spending instead between 400€ and 1,000€ per person (excluding flights), all included: my fee, insurance, accommodations, transportation and activities.
In practice, it is not an extra cost: it is an investment that allows you to save up to 3,000€ without sacrificing quality. With a smaller budget, you can enjoy 10- or 14-day trips to unique places in an authentic style tailored to you.
