This service is NOT an hourly or partial consultation or a simple guide: I take care of the entire planning process.

You are not just purchasing a document: you are entrusting your trip to an expert who creates a tailor-made programme, built around your interests, your style and my direct experience in the field. Every detail is designed to give you a unique, authentic experience, with special accommodation and recommendations based on my direct experience in the field. You will receive a Personalised Travel Programme, organised day by day, with all the information you need to enjoy your trip without worries and easily book everything you want.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. Tell me about your ideal trip – Where you want to go and what you want to do.

2. Free preliminary proposal – I will send you a rough idea of the trip.

3. Optional video call – If necessary, we can discuss the trip or answer any questions (15-30 minutes on WhatsApp).

4. Service invoice – If you decide to proceed, I will send you an invoice for my service.

5. Complete planning – After payment, I will create your tailor-made Personalised Travel Programme.

6. Receive the programme – A clear digital document that you can consult at any time.

7. Independent bookings – Proceed with your bookings independently using the links or contacts I provide: flights, accommodation, transport and activities.

* The digital programme includes pre-departure and on-site information, day by day.

* The document you receive is NOT a travel guide: you will not find historical or cultural information, but a practical, tailor-made plan. I do not include restaurants, with rare exceptions. I always indicate the best means of transport, but not detailed routes for short journeys in the city (Google Maps remains the most reliable source).

* The service does not involve responsibility for bookings: flights, hotels, transport and activities remain the responsibility of the customer, following the instructions provided. I am available to offer support in case of any difficulties. Taking out travel insurance covers any inconvenience. All my clients confirm my accuracy and helpfulness.

* The value lies in the planning, experience, support, and time dedicated to you and the care with which I build your trip, not in the document itself.

CLARIFICATION ON TRAVEL COSTS:

Whether you book the trip on your own without me, or with me, the cost of the trip is always the same! The price of flights, hotels, transport and entrance fees is always the actual price, whether you book on your own or through me. I do not make bookings with this service. Therefore, I do not apply mark-ups or commissions on services: the only extra cost is my transparent and separate fee for organising your tailor-made trip. In practice, I create the trip and guide you step by step, but the price of the services always remains the official price, which you book yourself, following my instructions.

A trip that would cost £4,000-8,000 through an agency can cost approximately £600-1,200 (excluding flights and fees) for 10-15 days in special accommodation, with activities and transport, thanks to my experience and direct booking of services.

My service is not an additional expense: it is a smart investment that saves you money, time, stress and unpleasant surprises on the TOTAL cost, while enhancing the quality and authenticity of your trip.

BASIC PACKAGE
For those who want a trip organised down to the last detail, with everything they need. The service includes:

• * Video call consultation: 15-30 minutes (upon request) to understand your needs and style.

• * Complete bespoke travel planning: tailored to your interests, travel style, budget and my direct experience of the destination.

• * Creation of a personalised travel programme: organised day by day, optimising time and travel.

• * Digital document for reference: specific accommodation, transport, activities, direct links, useful pre-departure and on-site information (documents, insurance, SIM card, money, luggage, etc.).

• * Changes before final delivery: to tailor the trip to your preferences.

• * Dedicated support: You can contact me up to a couple of times before or during your trip to answer any questions or concerns. To ensure quick and effective responses, I kindly ask that you group all your questions into a single message after receiving your travel programme.

• * Follow-up contact: A brief contact with me before departure, during the trip and afterwards to make sure everything is going well.

The cost of the service depends on the complexity of the trip planning, which is proportional to the number of participants.​​

Each trip is tailor-made, with complete planning, details selected from my direct experience in the field, unique gems that I discover on my travels, and direct support for all your questions.

Up to 10 days: €360 (€180 per person)
Up to 15 days: €400 (€200 per person)
Up to 20 days: €440 (€220 per person)
Up to 30 days: €480 (240 per person)

Groups of 4 or more people: write to me to calculate a very advantageous personalised rate!
Single traveller: pay the equivalent of a couple (double rate), as the rate is calculated based on the time and work required, which is not halved if working for only one person.
